Cosmetic Offerings

Composite Dental Fillings

Composite fillings, or tooth-colored fillings, are used to repair cavities, chips, and fractures. They are made of a synthetic resin blended with a microhybrid composite powder — similar to an epoxy. The resin can be applied as a paste or in liquid form and then burnished to a smooth finish.

Dental Bonding

Dental bonding is a cosmetic dental treatment used to repair chips, close gaps, or change the shape and color of your teeth. Unlike other cosmetic treatments such as porcelain veneers, dental bonding is completely reversible (and affordable).

Porcelain Dental Veneers

Dental veneers are wafer-thin, custom-made shells of tooth-colored materials designed to cover the front surface of teeth to improve your appearance. These shells are bonded to the front of the teeth changing their color, shape, size, or length.

Porcelain Dental Crowns and onlays

Dental crowns are caps placed on top of damaged teeth. Crowns are used to protect, cover and restore the shape of your teeth when fillings don’t solve the problem. Dental crowns can be made out of metals, porcelain, resin and ceramics. They typically don’t require special care over time other than regular good oral hygiene.

An onlay is used when a cavity is too large for a regular filling. They are pre-formed in a laboratory before being bonded to the decayed or damaged tooth. They are a more conservative approach than a dental crown since they do not involve the removal of healthy tooth structure.

Teeth Whitening

There are many teeth whitening systems and products, including whitening toothpastes, over-the-counter gels, rinses, strips, trays, and whitening products you get from a dentist. Teeth whitening is ideal for people who have healthy, unrestored teeth (no fillings) and gums. Individuals with yellow tones to their teeth respond best, but this cosmetic procedure is not recommended for everyone.
