Extraction & Replacement Dentistry
Dr. Ramla Ahmed several different options for the extraction and replacement of teeth to ensure you’re healthy while still giving you a stellar smile.
A tooth extraction is a dental procedure during which your tooth is completely removed from its socket. Sometimes, people refer to this as “pulling” a tooth.
Although we will always try to preserve the teeth you have, sometimes we need to explore extraction. There are several reasons that we may recommend extraction to include:
- Severe tooth decay (cavities).
- A fractured tooth.
- An impacted tooth.
- Crowded teeth.
- Severe gum disease.
- Tooth luxation or other dental injuries.
After extraction, there are several different methods that can be used to restore your smile, and maybe even improve it! Examples of dental restorations include fillings, crowns, implants, bridges and dentures. The procedures and timelines for each can vary widely, but we at Clarity Dental will ensure you are able to make an informed decision every step of the way.
Extraction & Replacement Offerings
Dental Implant Restorations
Dental Implants are designed to provide a foundation for replacement teeth that look, feel, and function like natural teeth. The person who has lost teeth regains the ability to eat virtually anything and can smile with confidence, knowing that teeth appear natural and that facial contours will be preserved.

Porcelain Dental Bridges
Missing teeth, including the front ones, can make it hard to chew and talk. If this is the case, then you could benefit from a dental bridge. A dental bridge helps to fill in the space where the tooth is missing.

All-on-4 Implants
All-on-4 is a dental implant technique where the upper or lower set of teeth are replaced with just four implants. These four Implants act as a support mechanism for the placement of a new set of fixed teeth.

Full & Partial Dentures
